PRIME CUTS & ASSORTMENT
The connoisseurs at TORAJI select limited quantities of the finest and rarest cuts. Our commitment to thick cuts is unchanged since our founding. Not only is thick-cut meat dynamic and impressive on the plate, but the taste is amazingly subtle and complex.
KALBI・HARAMI
AKAMI・DIAMOND CUT
When it comes to barbecue, the standout is red meat. Juicy kalbi meat, clean filet meat, and more – there is a veritable treasure trove of flavors and textures found in each cut.
HORUMON
Our offal cuts are some of the freshest and most varied available. Bite into them and taste their juicy flavor. The pleasure of offal is the complex flavors that emerge. Simply the best pairing for an alcoholic beverage. You can also garnish these to be spicy.
PORK, SEAFOOD, AND VEGETABLES
Soft, high quality pork, richly varied seafood, and steamed vegetables with the flavor packed in. When you want to grill up something different, pick from familiar favorites or surprising selections.
SALADS
TORAJI’s idea of barbecue revolves around starting with vegetables first. We have salad classics and a variety of creative new dishes.
KIMCHI AND NAMUL
Kimchi and namul, assorted small dishes, are a staple of any barbecue meal. Our kim chee and namul plates are all prepared in-house.
A LA CARTE・SUSHI・SASHIMI
A range of a la carte dishes designed to enhance the barbecue experience. Great paired with alcohol or as a palate cleanser in between other food. A key player in the dining experience.
NOODLES AND SOUPS
TORAJI offers two types of broths: the clean, simple taste of a flavorful beef sinew broth and the rich, luscious taste of a beef bone stock. The noodles arrive directly from Morioka and have a signature tooth.
RICE AND HOT STONE BOWLS
We are particular about the rice we procure and the way we wash it. Our rice dishes come with perfectly fluffed rice. The sound of a sizzling stone bowl is also a feast for the ears. A great way to conclude a meal is with a soft rice porridge.
DESSERTS
A good meal is not complete without dessert. TORAJI carries a range of refreshing ice creams. In addition, the Chinese-style almond jelly is a house original. Enjoy your dessert with a cup of coffee.
LUNCH MENU
Our lunch menu offers a wide variety of dishes served in plentiful portions. From single patrons to groups, or for those coming to sample the fare before visiting us for dinner, there is something for everyone.
BEVERAGE
We serve beer, high balls, sours, fruit liqueurs, Japanese sake, Korean-style makkoli, Korean liquors, authentic shochu, cocktails, soft drinks, champagne, red wine, and white wine.
